The Chief Education Advisor - CPE
As an integral part of the educational team, the Chief Education Counselor advises the entire educational community and drives the center’s educational policy in order to offer adolescents the best possible individual and collective conditions for their personal fulfillment.
What are its functions?
The Head Education Counselor bases her work on knowledge of the individual and collective situation of the students and actively contributes to defining the school’s educational policy, as close as possible to the school and social realities. Like all members of the educational community, she contributes to clarifying, understanding and accepting the rules of life and law in force in the school.
Advises the entire educational community and promotes the center’s educational policy:
- Organizing the students’ living conditions in the center, their safety, the quality of the organization and time management.
- Collaborating with the rest of the staff to ensure compliance with the rules of coexistence and law at school
Promoting and coordinating the educational aspect of the school project.
Assuming responsibility for organizing and leading the school life team
It plays an active role in supporting the educational training of students,
- Supporting the students’ educational and pedagogical development.
- Accompanying students, especially in their training for active citizenship.
Participating in the construction of students’ professional projects.
