- Right to data portability: in the event that the processing is carried out by automated means, the user shall have the right to receive from the Data Controller his/her personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another Data Controller. Whenever technically feasible, the Controller shall transmit the data directly to such other controller.
- Right of opposition: this is the user’s right not to have his or her personal data processed or to stop the processing of such data by the FRENCH ASSOCIATION OF BENEFICIAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS OF BILBAO.
- The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
