It is composed of 15 representatives of parents of elementary and kindergarten students. It meets at least once per trimester and always before the &#8220;Conseil d&#8217;Etablissement&#8221;.  <br>It addresses issues related to Primary and Infant school levels, and you can express opinions to clarify the votes of the Conseil d\u2019Etablissement. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;&#8220;Projet d&#8217;\u00c9tablissement&#8221; (school project).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ad47c4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5ad47c4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The Establishment Council<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5acf590 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5acf590\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It is chaired by the Director of the center. It brings together representatives of all members of the school community. At the Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais de Bilbao, 4 parents are members of this council.  <\/p><p>It meets at least once per trimester.
